Refund policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received in, unused, have all tags and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent to us without a return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if any merchandise is faulty, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and rectify it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items are non-returnable. These include personalized items (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as cosmetics). Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The quickest way to ensure that you receive what you want is to return the item and purchase a new item separately once your return has been accepted.
14-day cooling-off period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the item is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As mentioned above, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with all tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
